Our process review group will visit your company and work with you to get to know how your business works and how you are currently doing business. We will evaluate your current processes including paperwork flow, data flow and communications. Then, we'll provide you with a report explaining any changes we would recommend that could help to increase your company's productivity.

For Example:
Let's say you operate a widget making business.  Each day, your secretary prints out a stack of 50 reports containing information about the number of widgets each of your 50 employees made the day before.  You pay on a quota system, in which each employee is expected to manufacture 90-100 widgets in an eight hour day. 

You read each report, looking for any employees that:

  • produced less than 90 widgets so that you can reprimand them
  • produced more than 100 widgets so that you can pay them a bonus. 

Once you sift out the pertinent reports, you must then perform the appropriate actions. You've now used two hours of your secretary's time in printing and filing reports, and another two hours of your time documenting the reprimands and the bonus payments.

You could easily reduce this time by only reviewing those reports outside the established limits. The system could automatically enter the bonus in the employee pay record, or generate a reprimand notice after you electronically review the record to provide authorization. If you could save three man-hours per day, that would save 780 hours per year. That would be equivalent to having a person for summer help salary free.
