 Tracy is Microsoft Certified
Professional and has been developing
software for over 10 years and has most
recently worked for a multinational
organization developing desktop, web and
intranet applications.Over the last
decade he has developed applications and
software solutions for a myriad of
small, medium and large companies
working with each to evaluate business
process issues, and develop software
solutions to streamline them.

Rich has served over 20 years in the
United States Navy. He has managed
various groups of individuals, from a
dozen men operating and maintaining a
nuclear power plant to nearly 100
persons performing complex ship repair.
Rich was hand picked to "fix" two
different organizations, and in both
cases successfully increased production
rates and quality, increased customer
satisfaction, and decreased the
man-hours worked.
